“Cardboard Addicts”, “we”, “us” and “our” means Cardboard Addicts (ABN 99 391 237 527), a sole trader business based in Queensland, Australia. By purchasing any item from the Cardboard Addicts website and online store, you agree to this Shipping Policy to the maximum extent permitted by law.
1. Acceptance of Orders
We may limit quantities available for sale or sold, and we reserve the right at any time to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever. If the price of any product you order was incorrectly displayed on our Website, we will provide you with an opportunity to place an order at the correct price assuming such product is available.
Advertisements on our Website are invitations to you to make offers to purchase products and services on the Website and are not offers to sell. Your properly completed and delivered order information constitutes your offer to purchase the products or services referenced in your order. Your order will be deemed to be accepted only if and when we send an email shipping notice to your email address and or mobile number. That shipping and payment notice email constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms a legally binding contract with Cardboard Addicts., which operates thecardboardaddicts.com.au. The total price of your order will be charged to your credit card when our shipping and payment notice email has been sent to your email address.
Orders that cannot be filled at the same time, i.e., preorder or backorder products, will be treated as separate orders and billed separately. Reservation deposits will be taken for any pre-ordered products, and applied when the products are shipped to the full purchase price, which will be charged to you at time of shipment. If an order cannot be filled because the product is not available for shipment, customer service will notify you and you will be given the option to change, cancel the order or wait for the missing stock to be shipped.
If you wish to cancel an order, you may request a cancellation by emailing us. However, if we are not able to receive and process your cancellation request before we accept and ship your order, your cancellation request may not be effective.
It is a requirement that all orders intended for delivery within Australia be placed from within Australia.
If an order is placed outside of Australia or is placed using a credit card with a billing address outside of Australia then it is considered an overseas transaction.
We retain the right to either approve or deny any overseas transaction at our discretion.
All orders placed undergo an internal order verification process. During this process an order may be approved or denied at our discretion.
2. Dispatch
Orders are dispatched daily from Australian fulfillment locations, typically on the next business day. Weekend orders are usually sent out the following Monday, subject to volume.
Please be aware that promotional sales and new product launches may lead to increased dispatch volumes and potential delays. Allow 2-6 business days for your order to be dispatched.
Our primary fulfillment center is located in Cairns and observes both state and national public holidays, which may affect dispatch and shipping times.
If your order includes a pre-order item, it will not be shipped until all products are available.
3. Packaging
Your order is packaged as securely as possible, including the use of bubble wrap, tough bags and outer cardboard boxes.
Singles are shipped in waterproof plastic sleeves, high value cards will also be protected by top loaders.
4. Shipping
Cardboard Addicts provides flat rate shipping* for both regular and express services for standard size parcels Australia Wide.
All domestic orders are shipped with Australia Post, we offer two service levels of shipping; Standard and Express.
TCG singles orders below $75.00 may be sent untracked for $2.
All orders including sealed product (Cases, Boxes, Packs) or supplies are subject to a postage cost.
4.1 Standard Shipping
Standard is shipped using Australia Post eParcel Post and generally takes between 1 - 7 business days for most parts of Australia.
Standard Shipping is $9, free for singles orders over $75 AUD
4.2 Express Shipping
Express is shipped using Australia Post Express Post and takes around 1 - 3 business days to most addresses. Express orders are not prioritised over existing orders but will be sent the next same business day where possible.
*If package weight exceeds 5kg then you will be charged a flat oversize rate.
5. Undelivered and Lost Packages
While we take every precaution to ensure the safe and timely arrival of your package, unexpected issues can occasionally arise. If your package is lost, or undelivered, please contact us at sales@thecardboardaddicts.com
within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. If you realise there is an error, contact us immediately at sales@thecardboardaddicts.com. Orders that are returned to us due to incorrect shipping addresses may require an additional shipping fee for redelivery.
7. Click and Collect
Click & Collect is offered from our Cairns store. Once an order is placed, an email will be sent once the store has prepared the order. Orders placed before 3pm are generally ready the same day.
8. International Shipping
8.1 New Zealand Shipping
New Zealand shipments are sent via Australia Post International Standard and take between 3 - 14 business days for delivery. This is a tracked shipment.
8.2 International Shipping
We currently offer shipping estimates to our most frequent International customers but always welcome enquiries from residents in countries not listed. Cardboard Addicts takes all care but no responsibility for untracked packages, please take this into consideration before purchasing. 9. Free Worldwide Singles Shipping
Spend $75 or more on Singles for FREE SHIPPING Worldwide. All international shipping is tracked. Domestic orders can be sent for $2 without tracking, if preferred.

10. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday - Friday and dependent on the Australia Post network, so please check your postcode on their site.
Weekend orders will usually be dispatched on the following Monday, depending on volume.
11. Pre-Order and Back-Order Items
If your cart contains a "pre-order" item, the entire order will be prepared when all items are available. This is generally the day prior to the product's scheduled release date. If there are multiple "pre-order" items, your order will be prepared once the final item is available.
Please note that the manufacturer of each product has the right to change the scheduled release date.
Cardboard Addicts recommends placing all Pre Order or Back Order items in separate carts.
12. Tracked Flat Rate Domestic Shipping
Cardboard Addicts provides flat rate shipping* for both regular and express services for standard size parcels Australia Wide.
Tracking number will be provided.
13. Express Post Delivery Times
If you are within the Australia Post Express Next Day Delivery Network (http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-areas.html) your order should be received the next business day. If not, it may take up to 3 business days.
14. When will I get my order?
We are currently unable to dispatch to "parcel locker" locations as provided by companies such as Australia Post.
In the event that your order has this type of address listed for delivery, the team may reach out to request a fixed address such as a business workplace or home address. In the event these are used,
Cardboard Addicts are unlikely to be able to assist with matters arising from these addresses.
